Brad + Gregson’s Same Sex Wedding Venue Geelong

Brad & Gregson found the perfect same sex wedding venue Geelong when they set their eyes upon Rocklea Farm – and it was absolutely spectacular in every way!

With the help of Perfect Story Weddings & Events and local superstar Em from Astrid Styling, the couple planned a fabulous musical wedding like no other. After the couple said “I do” at GPAC amongst a series of live performances, it was time for the party to begin at Rocklea Farm.

Brad and Gregson’s wedding was Rocklea Farm’s first same sex wedding. The venue was set for the 150 guests to truly be entertained! Many local suppliers pushed the limits to make the event truly magical, some would say worthy of a television show!

Wildfolk Flowers created the most stunning floral installation displays, Balloons Because installed a sea of balloon bubbles that spilled out of Melbourne Piano Rentals grand piano and floated to the ceiling. A truly spectacular back drop for the entertainment that followed!

Daily Food Co set up a series of food stations in an amazing round marquee by Tipi Tribe that paid homage to both couples Australian and Philpoean heritage. Alcohol was provided by the beautiful team at Boutique Event Hire out of their sliver Airstream caravan.

Victoria’s drag queen favourites, Philmah Bocks and Leather Lungs were welcomed at Geelong’s gay friendly venue. Philmah was the MC and wowed the guests with several costume changes for lip sync and dance performances. Leather Lungs blew the roof off the barn with the most powerful live voice and energetic dance moves that really got the guests dancing.

Rocklea Farm will always remember their first same sex wedding. It was a spectacular event and set the bar high on entertainment for guests.
